As a TidyDog customer, we value your time. If you discover any aspect of your dog’s groom that needs attention within 24 hours of pickup WE WILL COME TO YOU! 

What Is It & How Does It Work?

The PerfectGroom Guarantee is our promise that within 24 hours of pickup, if any part of your pet’s groom is incomplete or does not meet our high standards, we will come to you to make it right—at no charge.

Go Home Happy!

When you arrive to pick up your dog, a TidyDog team member will review the groom with you to discuss any observations and ensure all grooming elements are completed. If anything doesn’t meet your expectations, let us know immediately—we’re happy to make adjustments on the spot.

Houston, We Have A Problem.

Within 24 hours of leaving our salon, if you realize any grooming detail wasn’t done correctly—such as an uneven sanitary trim or a missed detail—simply reach out to us to schedule a correction.

How We’ll Make It Right.

Your time is important to us! If an adjustment or fix is needed, choose from the following options:

  • Perform adjustments at your home on your schedule.
  • Dog pickup and/or drop-off services to bring your pet to our salon for the necessary adjustments if more significant work is required.
  • Complimentary StayAllDay service if you prefer to drop off at our salon for adjustments but need a flexible schedule for that day.

What About Stylistic Adjustments?

We understand that every pet has their own unique style and sometimes you might want a tweak to enhance their look. At time of pickup you are welcome to request stylistic adjustments such as a shorter length on the legs or a different trim shape for the ears. These stylistic requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and we are happy to discuss and accommodate your preferences whenever possible.

Please note that any stylistic adjustments may incur an additional fee, which will always be discussed and approved with you in advance.

Finally, due to their subjective nature, stylistic adjustments requested after pickup are typically not covered by the PerfectGroom guarantee.
